BTB Boot Camp Lite is the same hardcore, results-focused program you know and love from BTB Boot Camp Basic, but with more scheduling flexibility. BTB Boot Camp Lite allows you to complete 1 month of BTB Boot Camp Basic over a 2 month period. Created for those who travel for business, would like to maintain BTB Boot Camp results, or utilize BTB Boot Camp classes to supplement another workout routine. Participants must be a BTB Boot Camp veteran and must have completed Boot Camp session within the past 6 months. A minimum of 2 full BTB Boot Camp sessions are required before you can initially qualify for BTB Boot Camp LITE. Once you have taken LITE, you do not have to take 2 full months of the "Basic" Boot Camp program to qualify for LITE. Here's the Deal: - 20 classes to be completed over 60 days.
- You may use your classes as Boot Camp or CrossFit in any combination you choose!
- You will receive a punch card in your registration materials that must be signed by an instructor each time you attend class.
- Once the card is filled with 20 classes, you need to purchase another card!
- Yes, you may purchase a new session of Boot Camp Lite if you run out of classes early.
