And, more likely than not, you'll laugh your way there. Our common-sense nutrition plan will help jumpstart a life-long appreciation for wellness. We'll supply you with a log book that provides information on good nutrition choices, proper portion sizes and the elements of a balanced diet. Use your log book to document your food intake and fitness goals throughout the month. Whether you're a fitness veteran or just starting out, the BTB Boot Camp program will leave you with a passion for wellness and give you the tools necessary to build your confidence, train your body, and become everything you want to become.
