1 month BootCamp + 1 month CrossFit: $450 If you are looking for some serious results, try one full month of BootCamp followed by one full month of CrossFit to become one lean, mean fitness machine. Seriously, have you looked at our instructors lately? They do a combo of both CrossFit and BootCamp.
When you register for the Level I Combo, you will be automatically signed up for that month's BootCamp and the following month's CrossFit Workshop. Once you complete your last day of BootCamp with a PT Test, begin your CrossFit Workshop as soon as it begins. From time to time, there may be some lag in between the end of BootCamp and the start of the next CrossFit Workshop. No worries, just attend BootCamp classes until your Workshop begins. At the end of your second month, BE SURE to attend the last day of your BootCamp for your PT Test. Please post your achievements to the blog.
Record your gym attendance and activity on the “For Combo & Ultimate Clients Only” page in the back of your BootCamp Log Book. If you would like to track your diet for the second month, please record your new diet info next to your old info in your original Log Book. If you would like a new Log Book instead, just ask!
